1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PropertyShops ("propertyshops.in"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
PropertyShops is available to registered real estate agents and consulting firms in India. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are a legitimate real estate professional.
3. Agent Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your profile up to date.
4. Credit System
PropertyShops operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once used to publish a property. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. Credit packages and pricing may change; existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
5. Property Listings
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your property listings. You must have proper authorization to list any property. PropertyShops reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or applicable laws.
6. Prohibited Content
You may not post misleading property information, fraudulent listings, duplicate listings of the same property, or any content that violates RERA regulations or other applicable laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The PropertyShops platform, including its design, logo, and features, is the intellectual property of PropertyShops. You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions) but grant PropertyShops a license to display it on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
PropertyShops is a listing platform and does not participate in property transactions. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listings, the conduct of agents, or the outcome of any property transaction.
9. Termination
PropertyShops may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
