Agent Registration: Name, email, phone number, city, RERA number, firm details, and GST number (optional). This information is necessary to create and manage your account.

Property Listings: Property details, photos, and location information that you provide when creating listings.

Lead Data: When a visitor submits an enquiry, we collect their name, phone, email, and message. This data is shared only with the listing agent.

Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data including page views, device type, and referrer information to improve the platform and provide analytics to agents.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the platform, process credit purchases and generate invoices, send you lead notifications and platform updates, display your profile and listings publicly, and provide analytics about your listing performance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Lead information is shared only with the specific agent whose property received the enquiry. Payment processing is handled by Cashfree; we do not store your payment card details.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and parameterized database queries. However, no system is 100% secure.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights (DPDPA 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and associated data, and withdraw consent for data processing.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Property listings and lead data are retained for business purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
