Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on PropertyShops are generally non-refundable. Once a credit is used to publish a property listing, it cannot be refunded.

Unused Credits

If you have purchased credits but have not used them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, unused credits remain in your account but are not eligible for refund. Credits do not expire.

Payment Failures

If a payment was charged but credits were not added to your account due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately. We will either add the credits or process a full refund within 5-7 business days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@propertyshops.in with your registered email, transaction ID, and reason for the refund. We will respond within 48 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Account Suspension

If your account is suspended for violating our Terms of Service, unused credits will not be refunded.
